Membership Payment Refund

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you paid your membership and initial visa application fee we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of service.An amount of Php 2,000 will be deducted from the membership payment for administration fees with in the 14 days from the time of payment.
The company reserves the right to elect, refuse, suspend or terminate the membership for any justifiable cause the law warrants the above mentioned sanctions.
Furthermore, to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of payment, signed endorsement letter and signed refund acknowledgement letter.

Additional non-refundable items: Gift vouchers, English exam voucher, English review voucher, goods and services consumed by the applicant.

Visa Processing Fee

We give the client the option to pay the entire amount in a single payment or pay through installment form, which will enable them to pay in a manageable period of time. Upon payment of the Visa processing Fee the company holds the right to give the client the following options in case a refund is sought for irrespective of the time payment has been made;

        a.      A refund of only 25 percent shall be given to the client upon full payment of the Visa Processing Fee as the client’s visa application process has started already and endorsements to participating parties (eg. employees, schools, lawyers) have been done.

b.      The client may consider holding the processing of the visa application (Freeze Account) and may do so for a period of two years. However, after which the payment fee shall be considered nullified and non refundable regardless of the membership fee paid.

c.      In instances where the client may wish to discontinue with the visa application, the contract may be transferable to any *immediate family for a period of two years upon a written notice to the company and an approval thereof.

*Immediate family – refers to a person’s parents, spouse, children, and siblings and will also include the parent’s spouse. Usually stepchildren and adopted children and their spouses are included under the purview of immediate family.

d.      We give the client the right to change program options during the visa application process if the client is not qualified nor feels that the initial program applied for is not suited.  In addition, the client can only change the visa option once for free and any subsequent changes thereof will be charge for Pup 7000.00. Furthermore, the candidate is only allowed to transfer programs for five consecutive times for a period of two years upon which the Visa Processing Fee shall be null and void. However, in no instance shall the Visa processing fee be neither refundable nor any subsequent payment made.

           e. When fraud, deception, false representation, misrepresentation is involved and made by the client, the terms of the contract permit cancellation and payment made shall otherwise be non refundable.

Payment of Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 WORKING days of your refund approval from the Accounts department.

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.  Then contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To request a refund of your visa application payment, receipt or proof of payment, signed endorsement letter and signed refund acknowledgement letter should be mailed to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your original documents if refund is approved. Shipping costs are non‐refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Php 1,500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We are merely a student, immigrant and tourist visa processing company. FIL-GLOBAL IMMIGRATION SERVICES CORPORATION or its representatives do not offer work visa or employment abroad. When receiving such offer of employment or work visa, with or without monetary consideration, we encourage you to exercise caution and common sense. Offer of employment or work visa is fraudulent and illegal.
